Key Stone Properties Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Key Stone Properties. By booking our villa through key-stones.gr, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a pleasant stay.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation Confirmation: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. A booking confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful payment.

1.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. All transactions are processed in Euros (€).

1.3 Deposit: A security deposit may be required. Details of the deposit amount and conditions will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive early.

2.2 Check-Out: Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you need a late check-out.

2.3 Identification: Upon check-in, guests may be required to present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking.

3. Occupancy and Usage

3.1 Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is specified in your booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit is not allowed and may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

3.2 Property Use: The villa is intended for short-term rental and vacation purposes only. Commercial activities or subletting are strictly prohibited.

3.3 Noise and Conduct: Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially during nighttime hours. Any disruptive behavior may result in termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

4. Damages and Liability

4.1 Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and its contents in good condition. Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately.

4.2 Damage Charges: Guests will be charged for any damages or missing items. The cost will be deducted from the security deposit, or billed separately if the deposit is insufficient.

4.3 Liability: Key Stone Properties is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation according to the terms outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5.2 Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

6. House Rules

6.1 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

6.2 Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in the booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply.

6.3 Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property clean and dispose of trash properly. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may incur additional charges.

7. Governing Law

7.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
