Key Stone Properties Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility within reason. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Guest: Guests may cancel their booking according to the following terms:

• More than 30 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• 14 to 30 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

1.2 Cancellation by Key Stone Properties: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property damage, double booking), we will provide a full refund of the booking amount. We will make reasonable efforts to find alternative accommodation for you, if possible.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

2.2 Currency: Refunds will be issued in Euros (€). If you made your payment in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate.

2.3 Security Deposit: If a security deposit was collected, it will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges. If any deductions are necessary, we will provide a detailed statement.

3. Changes to Booking

3.1 Modification Requests: Requests to modify the booking (e.g., changes in dates or guest number) must be made in writing to info@key-stones.gr. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Rebooking: If you need to cancel and rebook for a different date, you will need to cancel the original booking as per the cancellation policy and make a new reservation. The new reservation is subject to availability and current rates.

4. No-Show Policy

4.1 No-Show: In the event of a no-show (failure to check-in without prior notice), the full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 Force Majeure Events: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics) that prevent you from traveling, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or refunds. Documentation may be required to process such claims.
